The Vario 700i Elliptical meets the needs of users who want to lose weight, who want a full-body training, and who want to prevent or ease joint problems. This versatile unit works the upper and lower body at the same time and can also solely concentrate on the lower body. It allows the user to determine the movement, as well as the stride length and shape - from a vertical step to a walking/jogging motion.

There are 3 Vario Movements: Vertical Step, Elliptical Movement, and the "Vario" Movement. The Vario 700I comes equipped with 21 different programs, 25 levels of difficulty, Double HS and Telemetry heart rate monitoring technology, and Fast Track Control with Visual Set-up.
