The Kinesis® One is a single, stand-alone workout station with concealed weight stacks. Providing resistance across three planes of movement, it’s ideal for rehabilitation and personal training activities. The weight stacks and most of the technology are behind the wall; all the user sees are handles in various positions, with which they can perform 500 exercise movements or at least 1,000 variations.
