GymStore offers a full 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on products that are completely defective and cannot be repaired / replaced within the first 30 days after acceptance of you order. We insure all shipments and as long as transit damage is noted on your bill of lading you are covered fully to get a repair or replacement. We realize that in an imperfect world, things can happen but rest assured that GymStore stands behind everything we sell in order to deliver the highest quality service and customer experience.
Returns/Cancellations :

All GymStore.com invoiced sales are considered custom and made to order as per customer's and manufacturer's specifications. Such orders are non-refundable and may not be cancelled for reasons due to parts back orders, lead time issues, or personal discrepancies not known about before commencement of order work. If for any reason the equipment is returned to GymStore or the order is cancelled during the production process, the Customer agrees to pay GymStore (a) a restocking fee of 15% of the sales price on the specific item, and (b) all shipping charges, including return shipping costs (if item has left the GymStore warehouse). Customer also agrees that if GymStore is charged for any unexpected and/or unrelated credit card and/or bank fees on any credit card payment or transaction by Customer relating to the Equipment, GymStore may immediately charge or debit Customer's credit card in that amount.
Your return will be rejected if returned without prior written notification via email or standard mail including authorization by a GymStore employee. To obtain authorization, please contact a customer service representative toll-free at 866-496-2897.
GymStore reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned with unauthorized damage or incomplete.
If your order is refused or undeliverable for any reason other then damages (which can be fixed and resolved upon immediate notification to GymStore), the cost of shipping both will be the customer's responsibility as well as a 15% restocking fee.
If your item(s) arrive via common carrier truck, please be sure to note any damage or shortage(s) on the delivery receipt before signing for a shipment. Title of goods passes to the purchaser when a shipment is accepted for transportation by the carrier. When you sign for a shipment, you are indicating that all cartons shown on the receipt are present and in good condition. If this is NOT true, be sure to note the discrepancy and have the driver initial it. For items shipped already assembled, open all cartons immediately while the driver is present. Do not discard the cartons until you know the contents are in good condition. Failure to follow these steps will void this return policy.
If the damage is MINOR (e.g, cracked or dented covers, scratched paint, missing end caps, broken console, etc.) please make note on BOL (Bill of Lading) and ACCEPT shipment. Once signed for, please contact your GymStore representative so that we can replace or repair any parts issues and be reimbursed by the shipping carrier as per your BOL notes.
If the damage is MAJOR (e.g, cracked frame, bent steel, fork lift punctures, or other extreme cases that would render a product unusable), you have the RIGHT TO REFUSE delivery. Make sure to note all outstanding issues on the carriers bill of lading, and call us immediately at 866-496-2897, so that a customer service representative can guide you through the process of receiving a replacement unit / store credit.
If merchandise you receive does not match what you have ordered, you MUST notify us within 7 days via phone, toll-free at 866-496-2897 or by e-mailing info@gymtore.com. Failure to do so may void this return policy. Please note that some orders will arrive in multiple shipments from different warehouses.
Items that are Not Returnable
GymStore.com does NOT accept returns of the following items unless defective from the manufacturer:
- Gloves, belts, dumbbells and plates
- Any DVD, VHS tape, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap)
- Any book that has obvious signs of use.
- Commercial products with obvious signs of use.
- Special order or custom items.
- Gift certificates.
- Products purchases more than 90 days after initial delivery date.
