Monark 891E VO2 Max Submax Upper Body Ergometer
The Monark 891E is a stable upper body ergometer for measuring aerobic and anaerobic capacity in the upper body. A heavy flywheel with great radius creates a genuine cycling experience without being difficult to initiate. The stable stand can be adjusted in height to get the correct position for both sitting and standing work.
The weight basket is a patented self-regulating braking system which doesn't need calibration. As long as the basket is in the air and the weights are correct, even the brake force is correct.
The mechanics of the weight basket have been improved to increase the safety of the releasing moment.
Delivered with a set of weights; three 1 kg, one 0.5 kg, and four 0.1 kg. The weight of the basket is 0.1 kg. More weights can be purchased separately.
